A Veranda Cabriolet is a bioclimatic retractable terrace enclosure that offers the possibility of creating an additional modular space for your home. The retractable or bioclimatic aspect lets you enjoy your home extension by taking advantage of climatic conditions.

A shower spoils the day? Thanks to its sliding glass front, it's just as easy to protect your terrace.

The retractable veranda lets you enjoy your terrace and garden in a whole new way, all year round. Its modularity means you can create spaces for every occasion and every weather. Your retractable veranda can be transformed into a winter garden, a room for inviting guests, a relaxation room, a workshop, an office, a covered swimming pool, etc.

The cost of a patio enclosure varies greatly, so many possibilities are available to suit your needs! To give you an idea of price, a shelter can cost from €15,000 to €150,000, depending on size and options. In reality, the average price in 2020 varied between €20,000 and €30,000. To determine the price as accurately as possible, I invite you to make an appointment with one of our showroom salespeople!

In general, installation takes between 1 and 3 days, depending on the specific features of your shelter and current weather conditions (excluding special fabrications).

You can only buy a terrace or pool enclosure through one of our showrooms (Namur and Tournai). Through this website, we try to keep you as informed as possible about the Verandair range, and to help you answer your questions and get in touch with our technical advisors.

At Verandair, everything is made-to-measure! Every project and every shelter is therefore different.

• If you have owned your property for more than 10 years;
• If the shelter is a house extension ;

However, there are some exceptions:

Intra-Community acquisition of the shelter :

• You need a VAT number;
• The goods must be delivered and supported by evidence;

Reverse charge acquisition (co-contractor) :

• The work must be carried out on an immovable property (a terrace shelter is considered as such if it is attached to the house);
• B2B relationship between two Belgian VAT-registered companies;

Yes, if your terrace meets certain conditions.

The deck must be able to adapt to our mounting points! You therefore need to ensure a solid reinforced concrete base of at least 15 cm around the entire perimeter of the patio cover, to enable the dowels to be fixed in place.

At ^Verandair®, each model of veranda, pool enclosure, pergola or terrace enclosure is available in a wide range of colors.

For your veranda project, you can choose between smooth, satin-finish RAL colors and structured, scratch-resistant colors. There are 2,500 RAL shades, from which 50 structured color variations are derived.
